Feta White Bean Dip

This recipe for feta & white bean dip will become a go-to for your dinner parties, sandwiches and salad bowls. Think hummus but with more originality. Bright, zesty and creamy. Easy to whip up and with a loveable texture. Are you with me? Thought so. To the recipe!

 

The feta & white bean dip is whipped up in a blender but if you don’t own one of those you can use a handheld mixer or food processor.

Highly recommend to top this cloud / dip with extra olive oil, chili flakes and lemon zest.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed

  • 100g feta cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of water

  • 1/2 garlic clove

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (=1/2 lemon) + zest

  • Pinch of salt

  • Black pepper

 

How to

1.

Make the feta & white bean dip by blending all ingredients until smooth.

2.

Top with extra olive oil, lemon zest and chilli flakes

3.

Serve with crackers, bread sticks, spread liberally on top of toast or elevate your salads with it.
